When I finally got in, the cleaning crew was loitering instead of cleaning. Plus, my electronic door lock failed, leading to multiple trips to the reception just to get my room fixed.

The stay was enjoyable. The location was vibrant and convenient. The staff was polite and helpful. The food quality was excellent. I appreciated the health club as a fun spot to relax. 😊
